Robert

Robert shows up early, is thorough and friendly. I trust my car with Rob 100%. My car is an oldie but a goodie. It runs so well for an 18 year car. I trust it's because I've been using MyMechanic for a few years now. All of the mechanics are great. I just choose Rob when he's available.

Robert was punctual (actually came early - finished another job and asked if he could come earlier - worked well for me). He was polite, efficient, very friendly and personable, communicated well about the state of the car, and got the job done quickly. I recommend him without reservation, and hope I get him next time.

Robert is great. He replaced my rotors and brake pads and did an excellent job. He even showed me pictures of the old worn equipment and the new installed equipment. Do happy with your mechanic - it saves time and money with quality work

Robert changed the timing belt and water pump in my Honda CRV. He also examined all major parts of my car as a part of the service. He is very thorough trusworthy master taking his time to do the excellent job. I recomend him.

Nice, fast, & Priced right. Robert arrived few minutes before the appointment time. I gave him my keys and he texted me once the job was completed. From booking to job completion , the entire process was smooth - all in all - easy peasy (well -deserved )5 stars.

Rob was polite and professional, but relaxed and friendly. Told me about his experience and why he is working for Your Mechanic. Showed me how the brakepads are measured and showed me the worn grooves in the rotors. He was efficient and was a good sport about having to work in the sun on a hot day. Two thumbs up!!

Robert arrived ~ 10 min earlier in a Sunday morning with a friendly greeting. When he turned the key, his immediate reaction was that it was the low battery which was the new one that I replaced few days ago. I did not think so since I was bale to start the car only twice couple days ago with the new battery before he came and I had watched quite a few You Tube videos and tended to believe it was caused by the starter (I also discussed with another garage mechanic and he also believed it was the starter though I have to two the car to him), but Robert proved his point by showing the measured voltage by meter. We tried on couple boosters (power stations) and they did not help - afterwards I read comments online and most boosters won't work to help jumping the car (the new small size portable chargers seem to work better to start the car even you removed the dead battery). So he helped to jump my car using his car with some wait time (few minutes to charge my new battery) and it worked! After ~10 minutes running, we turned it off and it started again. He suggested to let it run longer 30-60 minutes to fully charge the new battery. The car has been running without starting problem so far. The lesson learned is that even the new battery needs a full charge. My wife and I were happy to have Robert to look at our car and with other good suggestions and we saved money for not replacing the starter and towing the car to dealer or garage. We have not used YourMechanic before and would recommend anyone to give it a try and strongly recommend you to use Robert to see yourself for a good service.

Robert is my new, personal mechanic and I couldn't be happier. My first experience with YourMechanic was this week when I had a huge water pump leak and the mechanic I had used in the past wasn't available. After discovering their website and reading several positive reviews--utilizing YourMechanic seemed like a no brainer. I scheduled my appointment for Tuesday afternoon and I received texts and emails when Robert was on his way and when he arrived. It awesome not having to leave the house to get my car worked on. Robert was prompt, courteous and a true professional. I can tell Robert is very detail oriented and takes great pride in his work. He offered to let me watch and answered all my questions. After he changed the water pump and tuned up my 2000 Suburban it runs like brand new. He also did a detailed review of my entire car and made suggestions on what I should keep an eye on. My overall experience with YourMechanic and Robert in particular was outstanding. I have already started to spread the word to several friends.

Robert was very diligent, helpful and flexible. He also gave great advice on how to maintain my car and explanations of the issues I was facing. When I called with last minute requests of things to check/change for my service he was very flexible and very responsive.

I thought I needed a new alternator which is what my appointment was for. Robert showed up and after checking the car out, discovered that the alternator was fine. I was quite surprised on the professionalism and manner he explained problem with my vehicle, in witch in my case it made the decision easier weather to repair or junk my vehicle. Being an older model car, I'll let go. He did a good job on diagnosis of my vehicle , l it saved me the trip to a shop, and the cost of a tow, which was well worth the cost of diagnosis!
