Honorio was early. (I was five minutes late.) He was exceptionally understanding and patient when onsite security made him stop my car maintenance. (And I lost my cool with them.) He was incredibly resourceful and found a nearby location where he could finish my job. (While I walked back to work counting backwards from 100.) He was thorough, communicative, and efficient. (I have the texts and pictures to prove it.) All in all, exceptional service in less-than-ideal circumstances. I recommend him (and Your Mechanic) 1,000%.
Honoring showed up right on time, was courteous, professional, really knew his specialty and completed the job well within the estimated window. I did a test drive to try out my AC and I got cold air blowing for the first time in several years! Many thanks, Honorio!
Mr Trung is professional, polite and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and went about his work in an efficient manner. He is very thorough and i could not find anything wrong once he said that the job is done. He is very pleasant to talk to answered all my queries in a calm composed manner. I would definitely recommend Mr Trung to a friend or colleague.
When I took my car to a local auto repair to change my oxygen sensor, they gave me a quote of $500+. I was searching for another option when I came across YourMechanic. I tried and it gave me a fixed quote of $150+, including the part. I booked an appointment with Kirk for today. Kirk serviced my car and changed the oxygen sensor. As the car is a bit old (2006), some of the parts were rusty and Kirk had to really struggle hard to change the sensor. But he did all of that with a smile on his face and constantly was interacting with my kid, who was super excited to see a car mechanic servicing his daddy's car. Kirk is very knowledgeable and eager to help. After changing the sensor he also diagnosed the car to show me if the problem got rectified or not. Excellent person and an wonderful site. I will recommend anyone to give it a try.
