Hey I went through 3 diagnosis. That cost $100 each no one could tell me what was really wrong with my truck. Then put out $500 for a repair and still had the same problems. Trung was fantastic. He arrived a few minutes late but he let me know each step of the way that he would be slightly late. Very acceptable. He replaced my batter, which AAA was totally unable to do after more than one hour, in less than 10 minutes. Simply amazing. He was a very nice fellow and I would not hesitate to recommend him and to use him in the future for any car related issue.

I also are a Electromechanical Tech.in different field,and I notice that you send Techs.on the field to troubleshooting faults without the rights tools, the first two techs. that you guys send was parts change mechanics no troubleshooting guys, because did not have the right equipment, and the problem is that they miss diagnose, and this cost money to the costumer, like me,Was different with Tom he have the right tools to do it, still you guys have to make a price adjustment because the fuel pump did not to be replace.

Erick was great, he was focused on finding the problem and found it. I had taken this truck to other people to find out what was causing the truck not to start and after changing the starter, alternator and battery the truck still had the same problem. He found the problem and got the truck started without changing anything. I already plan to use Erick's services in the future and have told people what a great job he did.
