Pardeep did a great job replacing my front brake pads he was done in less than an hour and the cost was less than the quote I was given. Your Mechanic could have billed me the amount I was quoted but they didn't! I would definitely use their service again

Robert was very prompt in calling me and informing before the scheduled appointment that he was running late by 30 mins. That was totally fine by me. He very quickly could figure out that its the alternator problem, and had it replaced. He also told me that I need not pay for the alternator as it has a warranty on it, which I thought was really good. It saved me some money. And as a bonus, he lives close to me and would be the go-to reliable person for my car issues in the future.

Trung Do was very professional. He was very good with communicating before appt with phone calls. Called when he arrived. Finished job very fast. I will use the service and Trung Do again. It is great for someone who is disabled and more comfortable sitting at home and in a shop waiting room. I wish I had known about this service sooner.

SERVICE

Brake Pads

AMOUNT PAID

$279.96
by Russell from San Jose, CA 95129

Honorio did a great job replacing my rotors and brake pads for a 2009 Mazdaspeed3. No noise or rattle when I bedded the brakes down for the first run to get the Centric ceramic brakes and slotted rotors to mate-up. Will do the 400 mile break-in over coming week or so.

SERVICE

Strut Assembly

AMOUNT PAID

$144.00
by jack from San Jose, CA 95129

Honorio took the job on his day off after the 1st mechanic could not make the scheduled Sunday morning appiontment. He arrived on time and conducted a pre inspection of the car as well as the struts I purchased. He took his time replacing both struts and thorough going the prcess of replacing both front end struts and then drove the car to insure the replacement struts were operating properly. Overall, a very good mechanic which I would happily use again in the future.

SERVICE

I have a stripped out spark plug hole...

AMOUNT PAID

$138.83
by John from San Jose, CA 95126

He was late but he called to let me know. When he got here he was very professional. I had a stripped out spark plug hole in my head and the spark plug was still in it. I had tried for hours to get it out. It took Whitney about half a minute! Helicoiling a cylinder head appears easy but if you mess up it can be catastrophic! Plus, my car is my only means of transportation. He got it done in a flash while I watched in amazement, took about 20 minutes tops! Amazing job Whitney.

SERVICE

Spark Plugs

AMOUNT PAID

$90.00
by Russell from San Jose, CA 95129

Had yet another great appointment with Jason. This time was a simpler task, 65K mile spark plug swap on my Mazdaspeed3. Not a big job, but it went well. Got some ideas of other things to tackle later on.

AMOUNT PAID

$292.12
by Ashwani from San Jose, CA 95124

First time jitters (risk vs. reward) with YourMechanic. Well worth it after the experience working with Jason. Solely because of the overall pleasant and professional experience with him would I try YourMechanic again. He did a thorough test and review of the auto shop that had diagnosed a fault and cut down my cost by negating one of the things the shop had recommended to do. He provided relevant information about the repair and the underlying system, which put me at ease about his knowledge. He is really diligent and follows up as promised. Thank you Jason - as you can imagine I hope not to see you soon, but in case I need to then you will be my first choice :)

Khoa was helpful in negotiating a new asking price to the seller. It was also great piece-of-mind knowing that the issues he noted were easy fixes.

I believed I found an honest mechanic. Tom was schedule for full tune up for my car. But when he check and test the car he told me that I don't need to change the spark plug. If you go to other mechanic they don't tell you that, they just change the spark plug to get your money even they know the spark plug still good. But Tom didn't, instead he told me what need to be fix in my car. Wow this days it's hard to find a honest mechanic like Tom. Tom will be my personal mechanic from now on. I save $214.00 due to honest mechanic like Tom.
