Charles arrived on time and got right to work on replacing the broken lift gate handle on my 2006 Toyota Sequoia. It was cold that day and not an easy job to get the lift gate open, but he was successful in replacing the handle, getting everything back together and now it works great. I was very pleased with the professional level of service.
