Mr. Gonzales was more detailed in his assessment of the vehicle. He explained step by step his process, and what needed to be and how it needed to be done. Mr. Gonzales found other issues that should have been reported by the first mechanic which caused additional expense to us on this trip. His behavior and attitude was above expectation and he arrives early to start the process and moved expeditiously to complete the job without hindrance or confusion.

He was timely, kept in contact with me about his arrival time and was extremely personable. He explained everything thoroughly and was very knowledgeable.

Outstanding service and quality

He made it on time and was friendly. Replaced the starter and fixed a fuse within less then the expected time frame.

He was so knowledgeable and he really helped me figure out the issues with my car. He even recommend a great shop to fix my car since it needed so much work.
