He was early to the appointment and super nice as well! Got me squared away faster than expected and I am a sucker for efficiency.

On time and was able to complete the job in exactly one hour. Very pleased.

I consider myself a DIY'er, but this O2 sensor had me a little baffled. I coudn't see the connector, and could only get a couple of fingers on the connector. Time to call in a pro. Robert arrived early due to a cancellation and finished in one hour, as per the estimate. Afterward, we spoke breifly about other concerns I had, and he was very straight-forward. I will definitely use YourMechanic again. Hopefully I can get Robert!
