My jeep seems to be fixed. I need to drive it more. This guy came out without the right size of socket wrenches, so ran to the auto parts store twice, leaving my boyfriend with the vehicle until he got back. So far, my jeep seems to be running fine. Unfortunately, the mechanic left without giving me a receipt. I need it to file with my insurance and to document my 12 month guarantee.

Figured out the problem in no time!

Professional, arrived early, and it is a great bonus that he can do the work right in my driveway. Price was cheaper than Midas wanted to charge me, though the price was not quite as low as would be deserving of 5 stars (charged for a refurbished alternator at $330 (+labor and tax) when brand new alternator for my exact car model at AutoZone is $279).

Mr. Fernando Gutierrez was very professional. Came to my home exactly on time. Did exactly what I asked of him. I was very surprised how easy this whole process was. I can't say anything negative. Very impressed. Highly recommended. Best experience I ever had with any auto repair.
