Bill (Anietie) arrived on time at my home and explained everything he was going to do. He was neat and laid out a tarp on my driveway to catch all the fluids so that it wouldn't get dirty. When everything was done he went over everything he did again and the results. Bill finished ahead of schedule. I only have good things to say about Anietie! He showed up on time and my car was done in a timely manner. On top of changing the engine oil he noticed a small leak of brake fluid close to my front tires and gave me a breakdown of recommendations on my car. He was very friendly and helpful.

Got the job done

I need to replace a broken wheel stud. The job is not too hard and Bill did it well. I also consulted with him on some other issues of the car and he patiently showed and described to me the problems and potential fixes. Overall the work was smooth and I'm happy with it.

Bill was nothing short of awesome! He arrived early, he talked me through what he was going to do, proactively notified me of other components that could be affected and finished the job in 1/2 the quoted time. Since he'd been under the hood, he made sure to let me know the state of the engine (he checked for leaks, oil, filters, etc.) , and told me, luckily, that it was in good shape. I would literally change my schedule to make him available, even for something as simple as an oil change.
