Brett came out to diagnose a 96 Mercedes E320 failing to start. Car was ready for inspection and he had it narrowed down to 1 area within 30 min of arriving, and even found the true culprit within 5 min of narrowing it down. Brett was friendly, courteous, and very respectful. A definite recommend.
