Roberto was friendly and professional. He listened to me when I was telling him what was going on with my car and why I was getting my spark plugs replaced. It started raining when he started working on my car and he stayed in the rain and finished the job. I will request Roberto for any future work on my car. My car is running smoothly after the spark plugs replacement.
