I called to have a starter replaced on 2008 Ford Explorer. Isaac, Wrench's technician was very courteous. He did a quick assessment trying to start SUV. Upon examination and before actually replacing starter, he noticed that the positive cable from battery was not secure to starter and that the nut attaching cable was missing. He replaced nut and did system check and the old starter was still in great condition with no drag in starting. Thanks to Isaac and Wrench, I was not charged for a new starter but paid only for service call diagnosis, saving me around $200. I'm totally satisfied with Wrench's service. I'll be using again in future.

Isaac was wonderful! He has worked on my car a few times and he always takes the time to answer all of my questions and walk me through what he does. I feel like I learn something new every time he works on my car.
