John was so incredibly helpful! I thought I had an alternator belt mishap, turns out I actually needed a new alternator. He promptly did the diagnosis at my first scheduled appointment, and, thankfully, was able to install my alternator at another appointment that same day. He was understanding, non-judgmental, and was able to do everything in the parking lot of the Walmart where my car broke down at. Will definitely be using his services again!!

When asked, he gave me some very good info from his experience about his education - do's and don't - that I could pass on to my youngster who is already a good mechanic and wanting to get certified to work in the field. Very willing to share and very knowledgeable and able to pass that understanding on easily and concisely.

Hello. Your car can idle low from a number of reasons. If the check engine light is not on then it may be something simple. I would start by checking the air filter and replacing it if it is dirty....
