Patrick was not only a knowledgeable mechanic, but a generous man. The only hiccup was wrong part being sent to us by O'Reilly, but Patrick came back in between appointments, then followed up with a physical visit to ensure the work done was done correctly.

Good and honest we trusted him in the first ten minutes. We had a slight issue about location but he didn't whine he just helped and did his job and that's always a plus for me....Need a flyer or business card to post at work for him but he stated we had to go online and go thru the company and we or I said I can vouch for you only and he said the company and all it's employees were like that I knew then it was who he was not just what he did...

SERVICE

Timing Belt

AMOUNT PAID

$502.23
by Jackson from Austin, TX 78704

Charles was very to the point and went straight to work diligently. He worked in the blazen Texas heat for 5 hours straight to replace my timing belt, water pump, and tensioners. Unfortunately after the service I was quoted for needing to get my crank seal and front mounts done as well. I knew that he was right thought after his work efforts and showed me evidence of the event. I had a great experience from Charles.

This is third time to fix my vehicle with your mechanic. John is the best mechanic who I met before. If you have any problem on your car I strongly recommend him.

Tim was great. Even called to see if he could come a bit early vs late. Rare within the service industry these days and much appreciated. Pre-purchase inspection was informative and helped negotiate additional discounts. Website experience was basic yet contained exactly what I needed to confidently schedule the service call. Since this is my first experience with Tim, I will have to wait ubtil next round before ranking trustworthiness higher. Thats just me, though. Tim was professional.

Lee is hands down the most professional, courteous and customer-service oriented mechanic I've met in a long time! He takes an intelligent approach to diagnosing and repairing vehicles. And Lee was early, took the initiative to communicate with me at every repair stage, and went above and beyond when the wrong part was supplied from the auto parts store. He's phenomenal and trustworthy - and the only mechanic I want looking at my car from now on!

Since the trunk lid solenoid is working, it sounds like the latch or actuator needs to be replaced. There are also two ways to open the trunk if the key fob or dash button don't work. Pull the "T" shaped...
Seat heater not working.
Answered by Evan
Having an inoperative heated seat is not out of the ordinary. Most times the heater grid in the seat goes bad. Generally this happens over time just due to the fact that getting in and out of the seat flexes...
