Patrick arrived on time and was very professional. He fixed my brakes quickly and did a great job. I can't believe how convenient this was. I'll be ordering up an oil change soon.

Patrick was punctual, professional and informative. He assessed my problems and provided some options with prioritizing my next steps. Good work.

Excellent communication. He called me when he was done with his inspection, and asked if there was anything specific that I needed to be looked at. Took pictures of the car for me, and gave a detailed report.

Took care of my brakes for me. Had a call back because the parking brake was rubbing. He came back out and took care of the problem in jiffy. Only dinged him 1 star because of the call back and honestly filing the warranty claim with Your Mechanic was the worst part. I'll use him again.

This is the second time I have used Brett. He replaced my rear brakes and front axle/cv joints. There was some issue with getting the lug bits off the front right tire but that wasn’t his fault. I am highly satisfied with Brett and look forward to using him again for my spark plug replacement. I love. Your mechanic

Booked him based on the feedback but he was not as prepared for the work. Put the jack stands in the frame where he shouldn't and bent it. Didnt have torque wrench which was required for the job. He seemed to want to rush the work and poking the screwdriver to get things aligned. I would never expect a mechanic to do that and scratch up the components. I provided him step by step guide with pictures and yet the springs are not oriented in the right direction. Now my car sits a little off one side. I need to do the work again. Positive side, he was professional. He was late for the work but at least he texted me and notified about the delay.

Professional and courteous. Completed the task on hand and advised on couple of other issues as requested.

Luis called to confirm our appointment, and he was here on time, even though he had a very lengthy job before mine. He did a very good job replacing the driver's side power window regulator and window motor, in one hour, and cleaned up so that the car looked great. He also recommended some follow-up service (brake pads & power steering fluid replacement (because it's getting brown), both of which sound like good suggestions. I'll be happy to have Luis back on future jobs.

Because Luis did a great job replacing my power window regulator and motor, I chose him to replace the front brake pads, and he again did a great job. He arrived on time, explained the details, and within an hour, everything was fixed.

Duy did an awesome job. He was able to diagnose my vehicle to let me know if I needed additional items or did not need some work. This helped me make decisive decisions to save money on parts or labor I did not need. I would recommend Duy 100% every time!

Answers to common Lexus questions

Key does not turn and steering wheel locked.
Answered by Evan
The first thing I would recommend is to try turning the wheel and the key at the same time. Sometimes it is possible for the steering lock to bind the ignition cylinder. Turning the wheel away from the lock can...
Check Engine light code P0430
Answered by Jerel
Your vehicle has groups of sensors that take readings and report back to the engine computer to make adjustments, or report an error; in this case, we're dealing with oxygen and/or air/fuel-ratio sensors. The code P0430 indicates a failure in...
Power steering fluid leaking
Answered by Jerel
Hello there! This sounds like a malfunctioning power steering pump, which is common for your vehicle. If this is the case, the location of the leak makes sense because the power steering pump is located on the passenger front side...
Car idles high at startup
Answered by Jay
The idle air control valve on your car may be defective, causing the high idle. A couple of checks would need to be done to determine if this is the case. Your engine needs to be checked for any vacuum...
