Took care of my brakes for me. Had a call back because the parking brake was rubbing. He came back out and took care of the problem in jiffy. Only dinged him 1 star because of the call back and honestly filing the warranty claim with Your Mechanic was the worst part. I'll use him again.

Booked him based on the feedback but he was not as prepared for the work. Put the jack stands in the frame where he shouldn't and bent it. Didnt have torque wrench which was required for the job. He seemed to want to rush the work and poking the screwdriver to get things aligned. I would never expect a mechanic to do that and scratch up the components. I provided him step by step guide with pictures and yet the springs are not oriented in the right direction. Now my car sits a little off one side. I need to do the work again. Positive side, he was professional. He was late for the work but at least he texted me and notified about the delay.

This is the second time I have used Brett. He replaced my rear brakes and front axle/cv joints. There was some issue with getting the lug bits off the front right tire but that wasn’t his fault. Roberto was professional and friendly. He showed me all the parts the dealership told me I needed to change for new ones. He concluded that they still had 6 months left on the filters and brake pads.
