by Guru from Austin, TX 78739

Did oil change. His service was thorough. Cleaned up all the stale oil form the filter housing and also made sure the oil is drained. Didn't rush through the job and made sure everything is cleaned up before he left.

I'm a fan! It was easy to set the appointment and then Patrick showed up early (after texting to verify it was cool), and had all the parts and tools to do the job. I pointed him to the car and he took care of it - so much easier than taking it to the shop!

Classic Shane experience.....showed up on time (a little early actually, always good), talked me through what he was going to do in a few minutes at the vehicle and I had the opportunity to ask Shane any questions I had or if there was anything else I wanted him to check out. Work done in a timely and professional manner. Next service call will go to him as well...

Isaac is a really nice mechanic. I know he tried, but he was unable to fix the issue in a timely manner. My belief is that this is more on the “Your Mechanic” side of things. If I were reviewing “Your Mechanic” I would give 0 stars if possible. Will never use again. But Isaac was cool. He doesn’t have control over everything and “Your Mechanic” takes their time and doesn’t ensure things will be taken care of with the car owners time frame in mind. If you have a simple car w. a simple fix, use their service. If not, don’t waste your time, take it to a shop.

Broken glove compartment.

The problem you are having is not a common problem and the actual part that broke would need to be known. Is the latch broken or is one of the hinges broken? My recommendation is to have a technician check...
Car goes into gear, but doesn't move.
Answered by Andrew
The first thing I would do is be sure the parking brake is released. As long as the parking brake is released and this issue still occurs there may be a major issue with the transmission on this vehicle. Be...
Rough idle in cold weather.
Answered by Andrew
Rough Idle could be caused by many things and is hard to diagnose. BMW have a known issue with the vanos solenoid that causes this problem. I would have the car checked for codes and have a technician troubleshoot the...
Need to have car fixed after overheating.
