Hello, my name is Jason Dunlap. I’ve been in the automotive repair industry for 14+ years. I’m very experienced in diagnostics and repairs for most all makes and models. I managed large volume shops and multiple shops as a regional manager. My customer service skills are what I truly pride myself in. My goal is always to inform and educate the customer so that they understand what is being recommended and why. This part of customer interaction builds trust, value and confidence in what repairs are being performed on their vehicle. My quality control process also puts customers at ease because of my thorough test drives and rechecking of all work done. I’m happily married to the greatest woman in the world and am a proud father of 2 amazing boys. I’m very competitive and love sports.
