Charles was about 45 minutes late for some reason and ended up at the wrong address. Once he made it to the correct location, Charles got the vehicle started quickly and performed the inspection. Once he determined a bad battery, I bought one from the store while he finished the inspection and even installed the new battery. He was quick, professional, and knowledgeable.

This was literally one of the best auto experiences I have ever had. Charles was quick and humble about his work. Plus he even arrived well before the schedule appt. I can't believe this service actually exists, what a lifesaver. The only reason I would be upset is because I hadn't found out about YourMechanic sooner. Thank you Charles!!!

Duy showed up on time and was personable and knowledgeable. When a serious and unexpected problem came up while repairing my vehicle, he knew what to do and addressed it and fixed it quickly (I think that comes from his U.S. Army service). He's good at what he does and he enjoys his work. I recommend him. ===gary

Our daughter is in Austin, we are in Arlington so it is very hard for us to figure out the best way to handle a mechanical situation for her vehicle. I love the fact we can make her an appointment with a safe mechanic at the time we request and a trusting diagnosis. Thank you for making us all feel like your not taking us for granted.

Horn no longer works
Answered by Jeff
I would recommend first checking fuse #23 in the fuse box which is the fuse for the horn. If this does not solve your problem, I would then suggest testing the horn switch in the pad in the steering wheel....

One of my running lights is out can I still pass Texas state inspection?

I have lived and worked in 3 states. Each state's safety inspection required all lights be functioning to pass. I'm fairly certain that is consistent across all 50 states. It's possible that the mechanic took it to a friend who...
