Wow! My first time using this service. I received a text saying Shane was on his way and he arrived on time. My 2013 Honda Accord starter needed to be replaced. Shane said that he has been doing the mobile mechanic work for 7+ years now. If other mechanics on this service have similar skills and easy to talk / work with -- why would you ever go into a shop again?

Arrived early and after a brief explanation of the issues, he knew just what the problem was... starter was stuck, but he got it fixed and saved us the expense of a new starter. Left us a quote for a new one should the need arise. Great experience... no towing, no car waiting at a garage "until they could get to it", no worries that I was getting ripped off. Would definitely use them again... and ask for Shane.

Edgar came out on a Saturday and did a great job replacing two wheel ball bearings in our minivan. Was extremely polite and professional. Test drove after to make sure the problem was resolved. Highly recommend!!

Francisco was efficient and seemed very capable, which was a huge help to me. I get very stressed out when it comes to car repair responsibilities and tend to wait too long to see to repairs - but he made it easy for me! On top of changing the oil and filter, he texted me to come back outside and showed me the problems my car had under the hood, explained why those problems arose, and gave me advice about how to ask for those problems to be repaired next time. Francisco made what is usually a nerve-wracking hassle into a stress-free, brief encounter. If I had to pick three words to describe his service, I'd say: fast, polite, and safe.

Heck yeah! He showed up early but it worked out. (So sorry I scheduled this for Memorial Day! It was too late to reschedule once I realized.)
