Kenneth did an awesome job, even in the rain! Although I was quite irritated at my initial experience with yourmechanic, & feeling as though I had made a mistake trusting/trying them😒😨😱After Kenneth showed up & serviced our vehicle, my mind was much more at ease, and I was a satisfied customer😤😃😁He was on time(early actually) and worked at a great pace. Also, he had no problem with me AND my husband hovering over him with a trillion questions. For some reason "yourmechanic" did not send enough oil with him for our Mercedes-Benz oil change, 9 quarts are needed for our car, but he jumped in his van & went to get exactly what he needed to finish the job correctly. He returned VERY quickly with the correct materials. If I had to choose one thing, I'd say his BEST quality is HONESTY(can be rare among mechanics). Our convertible top has been acting up/not locking, & when I asked him about it...he didn't mind telling me that he did not know the exact answer, & telling me who would know how to fix our issue better than him! You won't come across a mechanic like Kenneth very often. He doesn't mind sharing his knowledge, and will complete the tasks requested in a very timely manner...the right way!! Thanks Kenneth. Daniel is genuine, knowledgeable, and personable. He did the job in a timely manner, while keeping up good conversation, and even teaching me a few things along the way. He saved me some money, by not charging me for things that I didn't need, unlike some mechanic who try and milk every cent out of you. The next day the check light engine came on, in regards to the job that was done prior, and he was more than happy to own up and come back to solve the issue, free of charge. Danny will be my mechanic for the length of time that I remain in San Diego. I will not even bother going anywhere else because Danny is my go to. I recommend him to everyone.
