Mitchel was ahead of time and even though the weather was very iffy, he came ready to work no mater what. He evaluated my problem thoroughly and even though he was not able to finalize my needs he was very professional and helpful. He explained everything clearly. i had my window regulator changed (again). Mitchel did it both times on my SUV, and did such a great job. He is always fast and efficent. Bryan was on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do and checked on any other issues I had existing as well (wiper blades). I didn't think I'd be able to drive my car ever again - lol. But Bryan came to my house for an inspection, diagnosed the problem accurately and fixed it immediately the next appointment. My serpentine belt shredded on the way home from shopping. I pulled into a plaza and called yourmechanic. They sent a mechanic (Adrian) and he arrived in a timely manner.
