Ricardo was honest and very professional, he even arrived for the appointment early. I am satisfied overall, he came with the intentions on getting the job done. Although I didn't get the services I initially opted for, he has good reason. I need to take my jeep to an transmission shop simply because this company doesn't allow their mechanics to this type of repair (clutch replacement). Which is understandable, considering that the transmission needs to be removed, after that i will definitely look to him for my jeep's mechanical needs. Looking forward to it!
