I was very happy with John. I was told the issue was the ABS module from another mechanic, but I wasn't too sure so I booked an appointment with John and it ended up being something else. His experience and his technical skills saved me from sinking a lot of money into an ABS module replacement when that wasn't the problem. John is friendly and knowledgeable. He kept me informed about when he was on the way and when he got to my location. I highly recommend him.

John was a pleasure to work with. He was patient with our many questions about the issues with our vehicle by answering all our questions. He gave us great suggestions. He was most of all very honest. We booked a reservation for what we thought the problem was and he did a diagnostic check first which resulted something else which saved us money. He was very prompt and communicated well when he was on his way. Overall, a great guy and mechanic!

A bit disappointed with Yourmechanic for the poor capacity to cover twice the appointment that the only one mechanic in the area was able to meet. Very likely that from nos I will use an alternative service after being a client for the last 10 years.
