It took longer than than estimate, so he needs to cancel the next appointment. He did the good job and keep my driveway clean, explained to me patiently for the processes. Mechanic was late - I understand that part. Part installed was not marked in my estimate as REFURBISHED. I expected a New part. Second problem was that mechanic did not want leave old part because of CORE CHARGES. Core charges were not spelled out on my work estimate.
