Honorio is my new go-to mechanic. I love my mechanic who has worked on my car for the past decade, but times are a changing - and this is the future! Honorio was polite and courteous and he truly goes above and beyond! He came over to my house Saturday morning and confirmed it was my starter that needed to be replaced. I bought a new battery from AAA even though mine was only two years old thinking that it would solve the problem of my car having problems starting - stupid me. Honorio showed up almost a half hour early for our 9:30am appointment and was done by 9:45am (woohoo more weekend time for me)! We booked our next appointment for 10:30 Tuesday, since Monday was Memorial day. Low and behold, on Sunday Honorio contacted me saying he received the parts and if he could come on Monday, I said most definitely! I asked him if he could swing by in the morning, to which he asked how about 7am? Incredible! I'm barely awake at 7am so we settled on 9am. He again was 20 minutes early and got to work right away. Success! My car started and he applied the inspection credit to this service. He also told me this part was wearing down under my hood (which my other mechanic had also told me awhile ago). Honest and guy really knows his stuff. Will ONLY be booking Honorio in the future for my repairs!

Honorio was on time, courteous and professional, as before (he did an inspection on my car when I bought it used a few years ago). He finished before I expected, explained what he did, and mentioned some details that dealers' service departments usually omit. I knew I was in good hands and would gladly choose him again.
