Joseph was very polite and courteous. He was also very apologetic for being late for my appointment, which was no big deal because as with anything mechanical you can always run into unforeseen problems. Joseph did the repairs to my cay ( driverside wheel bearing assembly) in no time at all. When he was finished I drove to the store to test drive it and the noise of sounding like I was driving over speed strips was gone The only problem I have now is that my ABS and Traction Control lights are both on....something that wasn't on before the repairs. Other than that I would definitely use Joseph again.
