Genaro is prepared, punctual, knowledgeable, experienced and capable. He has worked on my car several times now, and even when yourmechanic.com gave him the wrong part (not his fault-- the alternator plug was wrong), he went out of his way to communicate with me as far as scheduling to come back the next day (it was already after 4pm, so there wasn't any more that could be done the same day). He is receptive to what I tell him I think is going on with the car, but I am grateful that he always uses his own judgement and doesn't take my anecdotes as evidence. Good knowledge. Texted that he was going to be late. Appointment was for 10:00, but did not arrive until around noon time. The scheduling system needs improvement. Once he arrived, he was able to finish job ahead of time from estimate.

Jose is a very friendly, professional, and helpful mechanic. He went the extra mile and took a look at my rear suspension even though the work that I needed him to do was over on the front, which he was able to complete quickly.
