HE explained everything to me very well, without getting condescending, or treating me like I was some stupid female who ken nothing about cars. He Pointed out what was wrong, and the urgency at which each item needed to be repaired. Also explained ways to get parts, to arrange for repairs to be made, etc. Tood experience.
