This was my first experience with yourmechanic. My car was not starting, so I booked the "car not starting inspection" with Fred on a Friday. I had a hunch my starter was the issue, but chose the inspection option since I wasn't 100% sure. Upon arrival Fred checked the battery along with a few other items and confirmed my starter was indeed bad. Since I had only booked the inspection Fred was not able to replace it that same day, but advised he would send me the quote and allow me to schedule it with an available mechanic.
Just so happens this weekend things were pretty booked up so my appointment ended right back with Fred that Monday. Once again Fred showed up on time and got right to work. He replaced my starter and got me back up and running in no time. I would highly recommend this service and if/when needed I will use again.
