very satisfied with Shaun, but your website left something to be desired. Had to call to book my appointment after several tries online left me with an eternal please wait message. Also after discussing possibilities to proceed with Shaun your office will not send him out and told me I need to take car to a shop. this would bw acceptable with an explanation of why. Instead I basically was just told you can't do the work.

Shaun arrived to my house early as promised. He was very professional and ready to get the job done. Unfortunately, he could not fix the problem, because the "check engine" light was not on. If I would've known that the light needed to be on in order to fix the issue, then I would have cancelled my appointment until the light came back on. Needless to say, I was not happy that I had to pay $80 and still hot have my truck fixed, but understood that his time was valuable. Should the light come back on, I will call Shaun, and my $80 will go towards fixing the problem.

Neil was excellent. Very friendly and great at explaining things to me. He came out the first time because I had a warning light on and my wheel squeaked when it turned. He was quickly able to diagnose both problems. The squeaking turned out to be the tie rod ends. I booked a second appointment to replace them and he came and quickly installed them. Squeaking gone!
