Ther were definatly some communication problems. I don t know if it was due to Landan's write up or on the other end in th office when entered into computer for quote. My bill was originally 600.00 and something. I called to question it, because it did not seem right. It was changed to 77.00 (both +the 80.00 dollar evaluation fee). Now my original evaluation is no where to be found and I did not make a copy, so I am not sure what happened here. But mechanic says my car is in good shape now. And the A/C works which is why I hired him to begin with.
