Trung was able to meet before the scheduled time, which worked out great for me. When he arrived he was very professional and finished the job in less than the estimated time for repair. He also was thorough about documenting the repairs done on the car.

I find Robert Panaggio an excellent asset to the YourMechanic organization. He’s knowledgeable and very skilled in providing automotive service to customers who’d rather sublet the job to folks who knows how to do it. Today, I had the pleasure of knowing how Robert approaches the job at hand. He removed my Subaru Forester’s fuel sender unit and replaced it with a new one to my great satisfaction. But, to do it is not just a simple R/R, he had to pull out the rear bench seat and other accessories on the way, to just locate its location prior to the actual R/R task. Robert is prompt in reporting to work and he made me feel at ease and comfortable that I am in good hands. Overall, my experience with your organization in terms of quote request, pricing, appointment setting, and job follow through is second to none. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends and to whomever not familiar with YourMechanic.

Robert Showed up early and was friendly. He was good enough to alert me to some upcoming maintenance needs, but didn't try to up-sell me or make it out to me an emergency. Robert answered all of my questions and did a great job

Robert did a great job, explained clearly what was done and even corrected an error by a previous mechanic who didn't work for YourMechanic.

Craig was great! Arrived exactly on time, was friendly, non-intimidating, was able to diagnose my car problem easily and give me an exact quote on how much it would cost to get the problem fixed. Not only that but he also took the time to explain to me (and show me with a handheld demo) the exact problem with my brakes and to educate me on the different auto parts involved. I have made another appointment, this time to have the car fixed and was happy to request Craig to do the repairs.

Hello Jacqueline! Thank you for writing in with this question. This problem could be related to a bad gas cap o-ring, or something more involved like an evaporative emissions system leak, or canister purge solenoid problem. Since the Check Engine...
Timing belt failed, how do I keep it from happening twice?
Answered by Tom Rendahl
Hello! Thank you for writing in with this question. Timing belt replacement is generally recommended by Subaru at 105,000 miles, or 105 months. Other manufacturers recommend replacing them between 60,000-90,000 miles. It is very possible that there were contributing factors...
Driver seat broke and basically collapsed
Answered by Tom Rendahl
Greetings! Thank you for writing in about this problem. The welds on the seat brackets may have broken. This seems to be a common problem in this generation of Forester. A professional mechanic from YourMechanic can diagnose what failed (https://www.yourmechanic.com/book/?mktg_jid=391)...
Lots of noise on startup, car isn’t a morning person
