Trung was very professional and went above and beyond in answering all of my questions, and I had a lot of them. He was extremely patient and showed me exactly the location of his repair and even took photos to show me how it looked when it was taken apart. Abraham was 10 minutes early (that's great), diagnosed the problem quickly as a dead battery, and tested the charging system as good go. He proceeded to complete the systems check and recommended a top-off of the cooling fluid. We discussed the options and I was able to get the battery replaced by a local (1200ft. away from my parking lot) Skip's Tire And Auto Repair, in 1 hour. I was very happy and will keep your contact info. for the next time I need help with my car.
