Dave was on time and gave me a call when he arrived to my office building. He spotted my car right away in the parking lot. He was very transparent with what he was doing and informed me what kind of test he was doing. After we received the "check engine diagnosis" he was very honest and recommended that I take my car to the dealer since my car still should be under warranty. He made sure I understood what was wrong and explained it to me. I would definitely work with Dave again.
