This was my first experience with an online scheduling platform that performs onsite vehicle repairs/services. Pradeep was very punctual with time. As soon as he reached my vehicle, he started inspecting the vehicle visually, taking notes and pictures. He finished the servicing pretty quickly while I was attending to my business. When handing over the vehicle, he explained to me the details of the jobs that were performed. I would like to point out that my car had been to the dealer's service center a week before for alignment and some repairs. It turns out that there were some fluid levels that were low but I was not notified about them by the dealer. Pradeep not only took a note of those in his inspection, he also topped them up and gave me his recommendations. I particularly appreciate the detailed notes, images and audios shared by him for my records. My experience with Pradeep has been very satisfactory, I would definitely recommend him to others. My overall experience of online scheduling of services with YourMechanic has also been very satisfactory. The quotes and the breakdown of charges were transparent and clear way before the appointment was scheduled. But the most convenient part was that I didn't have to take time off to go drop my vehicle at a service center, hire a cab back and forth, and then collect it back from the service center. Robert is professional and friendly. He helped me replaced the shock absorber within a short time(even without taking the wheels off). Also helped me checking the breaks, although he could not find where the strange noise come from when breaking he did a good inspection on breaks. I will consider using YourMechanic from now on instead of going to a shop waiting for half a day, and not seeing what they are actually doing.

Robert was punctual with time (infact arrived 15 minutes early) and started inspecting the car and taking photos. I had the appointment schedule for some fluid changes. Based on the condition of the fluids, he recommended that one of the fluids did not require a full flushing out, so he took about an hour off the labor cost for this service, I appreciate that and was done very quickly. He also summarized the overall condition of the car after that. Apart from all that, I noticed that he wasn't wearing a mask. But he maintained the other social distancing protocols.

Didn't leave a sticker on the window so i'm not sure what the mileage was. Would be nice to remove the old sticker and put a new one so I know the oil change took place and when.
