I like the fact that when Robert was on the way I was notified and when he arrived I was also notified. Communication is key. Robert was friendly and got right to work. He replaced my starter and it only took an hour and maybe fifteen minutes. Not having to wait at a shop was perfect. I was able to do what I needed to do at home. That was awesome.
