James was phenomenal, best mechanic we ever had in our whole lives. He was quick and sharp as a tack while we were in a pinch. He was cost conscious, called when he said he would, great personality, knowledgeable and cautious. He helped us understand what was going on too! Zachar arrived on time and was professional from start to finish. It was evident from the moment he arrived with his BMW tool kit that he had a deep knowledge of cars and that we were in good hands.
