Grzegozs is a first-rate mechanic and finished the break job and assessment of the vehicle ahead of schedule. I would also like to commend is personal culture of safety. Not only did he work efficiently, he worked safely. Great guy!

Grzegorz's is very knowledgeable. I can tell he knows his stuff from the way he works around the engine bay. He doesn't seem to know my car well, but seems like he has a rule down to check most cars. He did a lot of test and the one hour diagnostic was probably not enough. He did misdiagnose my IACV. There was nothing wrong with it. I'm glad I didn't spend the $300+ for a new IACV that was quoted. I purchased a used one for $50. I did my own testing on the supposedly defective IACV and the used one. They both have the same resistance reading. I still want to give it the benefit of the doubt and replace my original IACV with the used one. I started the car but the issue still exist. I kinda doubt both IACV are defective so like many people I went online to check the IACV specs and found out the resistance is within working range. I'm not a pro so it took lots of researching to correctly diagnose what's wrong with the car. Didn't want to spend more money to probably get another wrong diagnose again, I did more test on my own. At the end maybe 5 hours of total diagnosing myself, I did a fuel pressure test and discovered my car was running at 20psi and also when I turn the car off, it didn't retain pressure because it just dropped to 3psi within 30 seconds. At this point 100% sure the issue is in the fuel . I have since put my original IACV back on and replaced my fuel pump. The car is running fine again.

Chris showed up early and performed a thorough evaluation of my car. He expertly diagnosed the issue and made some service recommendations. The convenience of having Chris come to my house saved me so much time (by not having to tow my car to a garage) and money, since YourMechanic is a much more reasonable diagnostic cost than going to a bricks and mortar mechanic. Thank you Chris!

Chris made the extremely arduous trek into the heart of the city, where our car is parked, and patiently dealt with everything that entails -- horrible traffic, annoyed pedestrians, impatient garage attendants...but, he worked through it all, quickly figured out the issue, and fixed what needed to be fixed. All in less than an hour.

I am SO GRATEFUL to YourMechanic and Tam. To the point that I've already told anyone who'd listen that they should contact you if they ever need car repair. Honestly, it's really frustrating when something goes bunk with my car. And it's hard to trust mechanics sometimes. But Tam was honest, communicative, and fixed my car problems all while saving me a boat load of money. I just can't thank him enough. And he's now my go-to guy.

Zachar came right on time and was very nice and professional about the service. He was straightforward, which I appreciate -- not his fault my car was totally busted! Did enough work to diagnose the problem and realize the engine is pretty much unfixable, and then also offered some future help of checking out used cars as I look for them in the near future.
