Andy was great. My '99 Honda Accord wasn't starting so I booked a 9am inspection appointment at my house in San Francisco near Daly City. A few days before my appointment, Andy and I exchanged a few texts to try and troubleshoot the problem. When he arrived he was prepared and ready to go and had the correct part (starter) with him. He's a really nice, friendly guy, fast and efficient, and was able to do the work on my car parked on the sidewalk on a wet rainy day.

Andy did a good job with the oil change, and was very prompt. However, I think there may have been something strange with the tire rotation.

Andy was very professional and friendly. He had in depth knowledge of the vehicle and did a great job!
