In addition to scheduling the necessary repair, he also gave me pointers for maintaining my truck since I have not driven it much during Covid. My experience with Chris was a real pleasure. He was personable, patient and good-natured. He didn't mind having me stand by and watch him work, in the hopes of learning a thing or two, and even offered a few pieces of genuinely worthwhile advice along the way. Despite the heat (and an extremely corroded terminal component) Chris maintained his professional demeanor throughout. He thoroughly cleaned all my battery components, and replaced my terminal ends with those of a higher reliability. He even offered a peek under the hood of his own vehicle to help me visualize some of the advice he'd offered.
