I had Joseph come out for what I thought was a complete alternator replacement. He diagnosed it quickly and saved me the new alternator! He was early for the appointment, friendly and transparent with EVERYTHING he was doing. He even interacted with my two young boys who couldn't stop asking what he was doing. Joseph came out to my car that was stranded at the SLC airport. He diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. I wasn't having any issues mechanically only electronically. I had to tow my car to the Honda dealership to fix it.
