I have used YourMechanic.com and Joseph previously on a second car I own. I had Joseph do a pre-purchase car inspection (even though I had already bought the car from a very close and trusted friend) because of a few minor concerns and questions I had. Joseph reassured me that some of my concerns weren't actually issues, at all. It was more of misinformation. He was quite thorough in his inspection and discovered a few minor things that could lead to larger problems. I intend to have such issues fixed by booking Joseph in the future. I trust his judgement and ability. I also feel he is honest and forthright when it comes to pressing service needs and concerns. Joseph was not only a spectacularly competent mechanic but one of the friendliest guys I've met. He instilled a tremendous level of confidence. I have worked in dealerships for more than a decade and have rarely had a mechanic of Joseph's caliber or character. I can't wait to have him back out to work on a few more things.

Joseph came out to my car that was stranded at the SLC airport. He diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. I wasn't having any issues mechanically only electronically. I had to tow my car to the Honda dealership to fix it.

As always, Joseph was EXCELLENT! He was on-time, completed the service in a timely manner and upon inspection, advised me on necessary repairs to avoid potential problems with my car down the road.
