I had Joseph come out for what I thought was a complete alternator replacement. He diagnosed it quickly and saved me the new alternator! He was early for the appointment, friendly and transparent with EVERYTHING he was doing. He even interacted with my two young boys who couldn't stop asking what he was doing. I have used YourMechanic.com and Joseph previously on a second car I own. I had Joseph do a pre-purchase car inspection (even though I had already bought the car from a very close and trusted friend) because of a few minor concerns and questions I had. Joseph reassured me that some of my concerns weren't actually issues, at all. It was more of misinformation. He was quite thorough in his inspection and discovered a few minor things that could lead to larger problems. I intend to have such issues fixed by booking Joseph in the future. I trust his judgement and ability. I also feel he is honest and forthright when it comes to pressing service needs and concerns. He arrived early. Was professional & informative but was personable too. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good mechanic.

Joseph was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I had some concerns on my cars brakes, and he let me know the pads that were put on were to big. Joseph could have tried to push for me to get new rotors like other places would have. Joseph instead showed me where the pads were rubbing. He made it easy and convenient with setting up the next appointment for me to fix the brakes.

I am completely pleased with Joseph service. He was on time (early) which was great since I had him come to my job. He was very professional and he even gave me extra quotes that I asked for. I will definitely be using him again for not only my car but for my daughters (which needs work).
