I had Joseph come out for what I thought was a complete alternator replacement. He diagnosed it quickly and saved me the new alternator! He was early for the appointment, friendly and transparent with EVERYTHING he was doing. He even interacted with my two young boys who couldn't stop asking what he was doing. I have used YourMechanic.com and Joseph previously on a second car I own. I had Joseph do a pre-purchase car inspection (even though I had already bought the car from a very close and trusted friend) because of a few minor concerns and questions I had. Joseph reassured me that some of my concerns weren't actually issues, at all. It was more of misinformation. He was quite thorough in his inspection and discovered a few minor things that could lead to larger problems. I intend to have such issues fixed by booking Joseph in the future. I trust his judgement and ability. I also feel he is honest and forthright when it comes to pressing service needs and concerns. Great, thorough job. Fixed the scheduled issue and put it back together better than when he started. Fast and efficient. Knew exactly what he was doing!

Joseph came out to my car that was stranded at the SLC airport. He diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. I wasn't having any issues mechanically only electronically. I had to tow my car to the Honda dealership to fix it.

As always, Joseph was EXCELLENT! He was on-time, completed the service in a timely manner and upon inspection, advised me on necessary repairs to avoid potential problems with my car down the road. He's very friendly, personable and professional. I have and will continue to refer my friends, family and everyone to him!
