Kenneth did wonderful. He showed up early to the appointment and he finished faster than what was quoted to me on the website. I originally asked him to fix my two car door handles but he also fixed an issue that I'd been having for a while with my hood getting stuck that other mechanics never seemed to be able to fix. He was also really polite and friendly.

Kenny was great and informed me that the previous fuel pump replacement (done by Joseph of YourMechanic in November of 2018) had failed. Luckily, that failed part and service were under warranty and I was not charged for having Kenny come out an additional time to replace the faulty part. I would absolutely use Kenny again privately. But YourMechanic.com has lost my business.

I would go into the reasons why I feel this way, but I don't think the comment section for the mechanic (who I don't take issue with AT ALL) is the place to sound off. Therefore, YourMechanic.com will be receiving a detailed letter from me expressing my anger and outrage.

Kenny was extremely professional and thorough in his work. I was told my alternator was bad by a shop and had booked the appointment for a replacement. Before Kenny went right into replacing it, he took the time to make sure it was the alternator. It turned out not being the alternator. He saved me over $150. He took the the time to teach me about my car and what he was doing to fix it. He gave great recommendations on how to maintain my car as well. I would recommend him and utilize his services again. Kenneth is one of those rare find in the mechanic world. I had gone to two mechanics prior to booking Kenneth , and they both told me that I needed a new alternator, and wanted to charge me around $600-700. When I booked Kenneth, the same service was going to cost me about $350. I was through the roof excited. When Kenneth arrived at my home, which is actually outside of his regular working area, he immediately realized that my alternator is great, and I had corrosion on my battery terminals. He just charged me under 100 bucks for the labor of cleaning them off and doing the inspection, rather than taking advantage of a girl who does not know much about cars. He could have easily still charged me for Replacing my alternator, and just pocketed the extra $270, but he was an honest, and really good guy. As long as I am in Utah, and he is working on cars, Kenneth will always be my default mechanic.
