Whitney was a breath of fresh air. Clear, concise and to the point, he helped me to understand my vehicle's requirements, and showed me a number of issues my previous mechanics had either misdiagnosed or not even noticed.

Whitney was again great and as Professional as can be. Not only was he able to give the what it needed but was able to do it in a timely manner. I am so glad he has brought this service from the East Coast to here; one of the best ideas ever and it came from such a great person. It is very hard to find honest and reliable people like Whitney and I am glad I chose him.

Mark did an excellent job on our F-250 pick-up's brakes. It wasn't an easy job as the truck had not been running in a while and had a problem with the idle which he diagnosed very quickly and was able to fix. We were very happy with the work.

Arrived on time and got the job done quickly. Shaun was also supposed to replace my front brake rotors, but was given the wrong parts. He advised that he would call in to make sure we had the right ones for next time, and that I just needed to book another appointment - that I wouldn't have to pay the difference because it wasn't my fault.

Always arrives on time and in good spirits. Shaun got the brake rotors fixed this time (with the correct parts), and was diligent to test them out around the block too.

Answers to common Ford questions

First, I would recommend going to your local Ford dealership for a rust inspection. Other Escape owners have experienced similar issues, and if yours is similar enough, it may be covered by Ford. Ford covering the damages is the best...
