He shook my hand, looked me in the eye and went to work on repairing the driver's side door handle. Whitney's extensive experience came through as he carefully removed the door panel with great cognizance for the underlying plastic screws, connectors and washers on my old, but beloved, Toyota truck. The entire process was very straightforward and smooth: from setting up the corporate perk to receiving my keys once Erick was finished.
