I also had a wor.n passenger side cv axle that needed replacement. Whitney performed both services requested in a timely manner. I booked a number of services for my wife's car including a brake pad replacement since she had complained about squealing brakes. Upon arriving I explained the situation to Jon about the brakes. He did a quick inspection for me and instead of changing my brakes because I booked the service, he recommended not changing the brakes because they still had over 80% life left. He was honest and clearly explained what he did and saved me a few hundred bucks. The rest of the service went great and he cleaned up after himself. All his documenation was well put together. I will definitely use John in the future!

We had a bad cell on the battery and the car would not start. Our battery charger kept showing that the battery was fully charged. My experience with Jason was amazing! Earlier on the day that my appointment was scheduled Jason texted me asking if I would like to have my oil changed earlier, that was a first in my entire life of getting my car serviced. Jason came early, grabbed my keys, and quickly got to work. He was very courteous and answered all my questions about Your Mechanic since this was my first time using the service. Jason was great. Pleasant, professional, good communicator. It was unfortunate he was a bit delayed getting to us because he needed to finish up on another job but he communicated well about it and I would book him again. He also took a couple of extra minutes to help me connect my new phone to the car which wasn't in the original job request.
