He arrives early and begins to work. He greats you to let you know he is here for your vehicle.. He walks you through his steps and explain to you what has been done once he is complete. He informs you if you have any issues that might need some attention later. He does a complete and detailed report for you. I would recommend him on any and each job. He worked on my Jaguar XF and it runs beautifully. I have to include this about him: if he sees something that he can not pull up on the site. He will call customer service to make sure you have the correct information and prices. Keep up the good work!
