Eric was very prompt. He was extremely professional. Eric did what was necessary to complete the radiator replacement correctly. He was not worried about how long the task was taking. The quote was 3 hours to complete but it ended up being 5.5 hours. Eric took the time to disassemble a 17 year old vehicle with 230,000 miles with TLC. Eric was very detailed and meticulous. I would definitely recommend Eric and will request him for future needs. I could not be happier with Eric and the service that he provided. I will definitely use this service again. The convenience can not be beat.

This is the second time that nick has come to work on my car and frankly he does a great job. He's honest and will let you know if he sees something else that may need addressed, he came for an oil change but also looked over the car to see if I needed anything else and instead of pushing more work on me he was a trusted advisor and told me I was good to go. After todays visit I trust him more than the dealership I took my car to before. If he's available, book him!

Mike arrived on time and got to work right away. He was very courteous and highly knowledgeable. He asked pointed questions and made measurements necessary for correct diagnosis to a complete resolve. He performed an overall inspection and even took tire pressure measurements. He got the vehicle started and running quite to my delight as the problem had been perplexing me. Mr. Mann is the person you want getting you back on the road again! Completely satisfied with the entire experience.

I had a clunky clunk sound coming from the front passenger side wheel area on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I took it to a auto repair shop not too far away from my house. They told me that I needed to replace the upper ball joints in the front. They said it would cost me $770 including front end alignment ... but they couldn't do that day as they close early on Fridays (they charged me $50 for this diagnostic, by the way). They asked me to drop the Jeep off Monday morning and pick up at the end of the day. I was all set to go ahead with this. I decided to get an instant quote from YOURMECHANIC just to see what the price difference would be. The price they quoted me was $324 for everything - parts, labor, taxes. I was thrilled and so set up appointed for a few days later. Brandon showed up to my house on time and began working on the car. I would go outside and check on him occasionally. After he had the wheels off, he brought out a tool from his van to test the ball joints ... to see how lose they were. He called me over and said that there was nothing wrong with the ball joints, but that he can go ahead and change them out if I wanted. I was perplexed. Upon further inspection, he discovered that the clunky noise was due to worn out shocks. He gave a new quote of $136 to replace the 2 front shocks. We reset the appointment for later that afternoon because he had to go return the ball joints and get the new shocks. He came back a little earlier than the reset appointment time and replaced the shocks. We took it for a test drive and ... wallah .. no more noise. Awesome!!!! It was fixed! I could have easily spent $770 at that local repair shop had it not been that they were closing early that day, ... and not even have the problem fixed. But Brandon from YOURMECHANIC correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for $136. Thank you very much Brandon!

Brandon showed up right at 7AM and was a magician. The issue I'd been having for a couple of months, and even occurred just 20 minutes before his arrival, never happened. He checked my vehicle over and took it for a test drive...still no symptoms. He knows his stuff, and gave me some tips in case the issue returned. I'll definitely request him again, and will send my friends his way.

AMAZING -- I was expecting to only get a diagnostic on what didn't work... Kim had my AC system (on 14 year old Jeep) fully functional in under an hour. He also fully explained what was wrong and what to watch out for and suggested future maintenance. Completely made my day and week.

Have you already determined you damaged the motor? You may be able to remove the spark plugs and push out all the water, then the air filter can be replaced along with the oil and filter being changed. If the...
Q: What makes the check engine light come on?
Answered by Jay
The drive complaint you described seems to be an engine misfire, which can be verified by scanning the cars computer for an error code. If you get a code P0300, P0302, P0304 or P0306 then Jeep has issued a Technical...
