Eric was very kind and professional and changed my oil very quickly with no issues or concerns. I did have several issues with scheduling and it took about 4-5 reschedules until we were able to find a time that worked for both of us, which was a little inconvenient and frustrating, hence the four stars. Overall, I would definitely use Eric again, but I would make sure to schedule during a time where I had nothing else going on and could afford to be flexible in my time.
