Honorio was tremendous. He was punctual and kind. He explained everything well. When he didn't have a part, he went out to get it for me and returned the following day, arriving at a time that was fit to my schedule. He definitely went out of his way to do this. I've had this '88 Camry Wagon in shops more times than I can count and gotten so many different opinions on what it needed - and estimates ranging all the way up to $6,000 - that I was ready to donate it. Trung is great. This service call was to replace strut mounts that failed after a repair a few weeks ago. The mounts failed after new struts were installed. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. He is reliable and his communication is timely.

He happened to be in my neighborhood the day before the appointment and he took the opportunity to look at my car and double-check that I needed all of the service items I had requested. Amor was late, though he did call and was very polite about it. Everything else went fine, as far as I know -- this was just a routine service. I would use Amor again, but next time I will schedule the appointment for my office so I won't be waiting.

This is the second time I have gotten service from Amor. Since these are routine maintenance tasks (oil change, etc.), I have no way of knowing whether he does a good job or not -- I assume he does a good job. He does tend to arrive an hour late, however, probably because I make my appointments for 9 a.m. So overall, I'd say the price seems fair, he is not scary in the least (a worry if you are inviting a stranger to your home), and I need to remember to arrange a later appointment.
