In addition to the scheduled works, Whitney took the time listening my concern about oil leak and showed me valve gasket could be the cause. At the same time he found some loose bolts that may also attribute to the leaks. He tightened up the bolts and kindly recommend me continue to observe if situation remains without any hard pressure on me to replace the valve gasket. It's a great car service experience.

The inspection told me the issue was with the spark and ignition coil. However, replacing them ($500) didn’t resolve the issue with the engine of my car. And I have to take it to another car repair store.

Jonathan was extremely nice and polite, yet in my first drive after he worked on my car there are sounds from the engine that weren't there before and a service light went on (also, wasn't there before). Considering the fact that the first mechanic you sent simply didn't show up, wasn't available when I called to check if he is coming, and also that the main costumer service didn't answer - I am VERY disappointed by the service I got...
